Phillipa Rodney is an award winning Engineering Manager and a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineering & Technology. Her hobbies include crafts such as quilling and calligraphy. In her spare time she mentors and coaches individuals within the engineering sector and is involved in multiple engineering initiatives, building relationships with others to increase representation and visibility in the tech industry.
